Best Eyeliner

I purchased black and brown. Both colors stay on all day. This is the first eyeliner I have used that really does not smudge. Truly impressed.

Great consistency, beautiful color!

This pencil is easy to apply because it's the perfect consistency - not too dry or wet. The color is fabulous - a very dark green.

Best eyeliner I have tried

I have tried so many eyeliners and find the Urban Decay line to be the very best. The liner goes on very smooth (no pulling/tugging), yet stays in place all day and the colors stay true. Applications can be made with a light hand for day or a bit of a heavier hand for dramatic looks. There are so many colors to choose from in this line. I have 10 colors at this point and have not had a problem with any of them. The product performs as advertised and looks very nice on. I would highly recommend this product to others.
