mixed feelings

My shades just came. The package was literally falling apart, the worst packaging I've ever received. The whole top of the box was open. The shades themselves are beautiful but because of the packaging several of the sections, which are made of some sort of plastic, were pushed in and won't push back to the original form. That said, the lamp shades look like silk and are very stunning. The fringe is very pretty. Also they take on a different shade of cream, depending on the color of the light bulb. Very nice. The shades are a five star but gave overall rating a two because of packaging.

Magnificent shade!

This shade absolutely made the antique lamp! It is a beautiful fabric,the design is so pretty but not gaudy, the shape is unique and this shade is truly a work of art. Simply perfect!
