I’m entirely obsessed with this eye cream
Aging — especially around the eyes — is the first thing people notice, and it was definitely one of my biggest concerns. I’m 45, committed to clean, powerful, bioactive skincare, so honestly… I had low expectations before trying this. I was already using really good eye creams and serums, but this one blew me away. From the very first use, it delivered the most luxurious smoothing and firming effect. A few weeks in, I noticed my dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines dramatically improving. I’m now on my second jar because I simply can’t live without it. It even replaced two other eye products for me! The ingredients are incredibly clean — there’s a light fragrance, but the transformation around my eyes makes it 100% worth it.
A nice eye cream
This eye cream helped my eyelids feel more moisturized. It also seemed to lift and firm my lower eyelids. The cream itself is rich and smells nice. The metal roller is cooling and soothing. It takes awhile to absorb and leaves my eyelids feeling silky soft.

terrible shipping packaging
I have been looking for a new eye cream since my old one was discontinued so I ordered two different brands to try last week. I was excited to received my package today but when I opened it, I was very disappointed - product packaging was all broken and items falling apart - see image. Cosmetic items should not be shipped in a large, non-cushioned envelop! I probably won't buy cosmetic items from Macy's again with such poor shipping package.

I absolutely love this eye cream! It's just so good. It's rich and creamy, spreads wonderfully, dries quickly & it works! I've got bad under eye circles, this eye cream helped brighten them in less than 2 weeks. I also really like the included applicator! The little ball helps apply the cream all around the eye super quick. I feel like it helps me use less product. My final reason for loving it is the drying time. I'll do the rest of my skincare, use the eye cream as the final step & then dry my (fine/thin) hair before starting my makeup. This eye cream doesn't cause my eye makeup to slip and slide all over my face.

This cream doesn't work. It doesn't reduce swelling. I don't see any results.

Amazing eye cream!
First off I love Shiseido products to begin with. This eye cream felt so refreshing when applied and I truly felt and saw a difference in the skin around my eyes. It made my eyes seem brighter.

Great for moisture
I started using this product as part of my nightly routine. The cream felt luxurious and packed full of moisture. I really loved the stainless steel roller ball for under eye massage that came with it. Unfortunately I did not notice a difference in my under eye area as far as tightness and improving of skin sagging. For me, my under eye bags were puffier when I woke up in the morning. This may be unique to me but it's not a product I will continue to use.
