Best eyeliner pencil I've tried!

Wow! This eyeliner pencil is smooth and so long wearing, not to mention super black. I applied on vacation in my waterline and around eyes, went swimming in the pool for hours and at the end of the day I still had it on. What a great product and value. I have tried many others on the market but this one by far is my favorite.
