It came broken. The frame was bent in and idk if that mess with the sound but the sound it like hearing music from a record player. It’s going back

Faulty Karaoke System

Even though this is a great karaoke system, the products handle was detached when removed from box. small pieces of black plastic were broken off in plastic it came in. I was not allowed to exchange a faulty system because there is a small window on return to this third party. I had no idea Macy's had third party. Not to mention I'm a Platinum Member. I'm So disappointed in this company
