The lightweight body is easy to handle and has a full disk bottom, designed for energy efficient cooking and compatible with a wide range of cooktops such as induction, electric, gas, glass top, and vitro-ceramic. Oven safe up to 400�F without silicone sleeves. Wide handles for a safe grip, even when you are wearing oven mitts or using potholders. Matching cover for energy-efficient cooking with condensation bumps on the interior is for self-basting. The draining holes on the lid make straining easier. This stockpot includes two pot holders for the handles for your safety. Available in 4 sizes: 2.7qt., 4.5qt., 5.8qt. and 7.6qt.
