Crooked and Damaged

Table was delivered in an extremely beat up box with very poorly protect contents and the tabletop just thrown into a bag with no padding. Assembly took almost me almost three hours, while the wrench provided was of no use and has to use my own and once finished the table was center bars of the table where crooked and it had nothing to do with the assembly for everything had been done correctly. Customer service contacted and requested if seller could sender delivery pickup person due to disabilty and living upstairs, because no way would be able to carry it by myself. Seller never responded and the entire ordeal for refund and return was made a huge hassle by Macy's credit department that lied information and photos requested were not sent, when in fact they had been twice. After two months I was finally refunded. so therefore be extremely careful purchasing anything from this seller and Macy's.
