Terrible service

It was not delivered despite saying it was. It was supposed to be delivered with DoorDash and when I called them they verified it wasn’t delivered. I was then transferred to Macy’s who couldn’t resolve it until 10 days later. Lucky for me, I just called my bank and reported it. Macys should stick to using fedex or UPS. This was a gift for my best friend.
